Landau Software Inc. · Last Updated: May 24, 2026

Landau Software Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Dial to Order platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information from store operators ("Clients") and their end-customers ("Callers") who interact with the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

From Store Operators

From End-Customers (Callers)

Automatically Collected Data

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and deliver the Platform and its features, process orders and payments on behalf of store operators, identify returning callers and provide a personalized ordering experience, generate invoices and collect subscription fees, send order confirmations via SMS to end-customers, provide customer support and resolve disputes, analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to process credit card transactions, telephony providers (e.g., Twilio) to operate the phone and IVR infrastructure, SMS providers to deliver order confirmation messages, cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and data storage, and law enforcement or government authorities when required by law. All third-party service providers are contractually required to handle data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

4. Data Retention

We retain store operator account data for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days after termination. End-customer caller profiles and order history are retained for 24 months from the last interaction, unless the store operator requests earlier deletion. Call recordings are retained for 90 days.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive data, access controls, and regular security reviews. Credit card data is handled exclusively by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors and is never stored on our servers. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage store operators to use strong passwords and notify us immediately of any suspected breach.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise your California privacy rights, contact us at privacy@dialtoorder.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The Dial to Order Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify store operators of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated policy will also be posted at dialtoorder.com/privacy.
